How it started...

Meet Maya Risteska, the founder of Beauty Bliss.
At the age of 17, Maya became a certified Make up and Hair Specialist and has been in the beauty industry for over 23 years.

In 2019, She immersed herself in Micropigmentation, mastering the art for natural, timeless results. As a board-certified AAM member (American Academy of Micropigentation), 3rd place in soft eyeliner at Worlds.USA (August, 2023) specializing in Eyeliner and Lip Blushing, she prioritizes education for success. With over 23 years in the beauty industry, Maya's journey began at 17, where she became a certified Makeup and Hair Specialist. In 2019 she became a certified Permanent Make up Artist in the state of New Jersey. Her expertise is the essence of Beauty Bliss.
Ana Tavarez
Permanent Make up artist
Certified PMU artist and licensed esthetician in NJ and FL. A member of AAM, specializing in Eyebrows (powder, combo, microblading), permanent eyeliner, lipstick, and tiny tattoos. Fluent in English and Spanish.
Cindy Shalby
Permanent Make up artist
Cindy is certified PMU artist specializing and mastering Ombré Brows and Permanent Lip Blush. She is is highly experienced in eyebrow shaping, henna and lamination.

At Beauty Bliss Academy and Studio, our priority is to provide high-quality permanent makeup services and courses to enhance your beauty and empower your career in the beauty industry. If you have any more questions or need further information, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Why do I need to pay a deposit, and how does it work?
A $50 deposit is required to secure your initial appointment or annual touch-up. This deposit is credited toward the cost of your service. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable for any reason. Once you've received your service, the amount paid is also non-refundable.

Appointment Rescheduling and Deposit Policy:

- You can reschedule your appointment by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
- Last-minute cancellations, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, are not acceptable, and deposits will not be refunded in such cases.
- Please be aware that rescheduling your appointment more than three times will result in the loss of your deposit.

‍Important Note: If you've had your initial appointment elsewhere, we'll need a clear picture via email to assess if we can proceed with your second appointment. If we can proceed, it will be considered your initial appointment. Subsequent sessions will be classified as touch-ups once you become our client
